Carolina (Pulled) Pork BBQ, Beef Brisket BBQ, Pulled Chicken BBQ, Smoked Half-Chickens and/or “Quaker Creek” Kielbasa
3. Add Ribs for $3 per person extra ($4 if Baby Back)

The Deluxe (Grilled at your Site): $16.50 per person
+ tax, + $175.00 Grille fee

Pig on a Spit: $1,200 Flat Fee

1. All-inclusive Buffet Service, plates, forks, napkins, etc.
2. Can either be cooked on-site, or delivered after carving

Drop-off: FREE
1. We drop off the food, help with any
    minor set-up and leave you to your
    gathering
2. We provide the paper plates,
    forks and napkins
3. If you would like assistance cleaning
    up, we charge $10/hour per person

Buffet Service:
Add $2.00 per person to final price
1. We provide the buffet table, and all
    the serving, eating, paper and plastic
    ware necessary to enjoy your meal
2. We bring the food and serve the
    buffet (You provide your own
    tables, chairs, table service and
    clean as you go.)
3. We clean up afterward!
